Refund policy

We understand the importance of getting the right part. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — but we do have some important guidelines.

✅ Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • You include your order number and a brief explanation

🚫 We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect purchases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is compatible with your appliance’s model number.

If you’re unsure, please reach out to our team before purchasing — we’re happy to help you identify the right part.

🚫 We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Electrical items that have been installed or used

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or handling

  • Special orders or non-stocked parts (these will be clearly marked)


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


🧰 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at sale@fastspares.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a quick resolution — which may include a return label, exchange, or refund.
